Our Process
FREE QUOTATION INTRODUCTION
Firstly, we meet and get to know each other. We discuss your desired outcomes and address any concerns you may have. We work with your drawings while liaising with the architect. Having discussed the required work I will then prepare a free no obligation quote for the works discussed. Once the quotation has been accepted a payment plan will be issued.
Preperation Second Stage
Once the quotation has been accepted we will agree on a start date. We will prepare the site and provide adequate fencing for security where required. Noise and disruption will be kept to a minimum. The site will then be setup in preparation for the start date.
Construction Third Stage
We will arrive promptly on the first day, setting the standard for the project. Throughout the construction my team will work with the highest professionalism, be polite and courteous to you the client, neighbours and visitors. We always ensure we keep the site tidy and limit the disruption as much as possible. We will supervise all deliveries and will organise all required trades.
Completion Final Stage
Once the construction is complete we will meet with you to ensure you are happy with the final result. Any remaining issues will be dealt with without any problem.About us
